Day 19: What's on your plate?
Hello,
Welcome back! I know it’s been an
awful long time since my last post, a month ago give or take. I’ve been
extremely busy with everything that is going on. You never know how long a
month really is until you looked back and saw how many things have happened
during that time. I’ll give you a brief update on my life through the past
month.
·
Lunar New Year: food, food and more food. I
actually miss the lucky money that I undoubtedly would receive if I still stay
in Asia. It is what it is though, and life here isn’t bad either. I don’t lack
money but it sure would mean a lot to receive it in a spiritual form.
·
Spring Musical: I know, I know. I have never
participated in one. I didn’t want to participate in any sort of artsy
activities anyways. When I was younger, whenever I sing, there would certainly
be people laughing at my high voice and making fun of it. There would be a time
when I just stopped feeling confident in my voice altogether. But hey, it’s
senior year, so whatever, I guess?
·
VIETNAMESE FOOD!!!
·
Math competition: if you don’t find math
interesting, well I feel bad. I mean, if I can solve for the optimal amount of
stocks to gain maximum profit, I’d imagine I’ll be pretty successful in life.
Oh, and the $20000 prize, too. That would help with the motivation!
·
Many more relation with people I would rather
not discuss…
Anyways, I love the feeling of
being busy all the time. It’s like you get to be useful in the world. It
distracts you from everything that’s happening. And this guy would need all the
distraction he can get to not go to people and yell at them. I promise though,
I will update this page more frequently, but it’s not like anybody is missing
me or anything.
Oh, the next post will be about
friends and friendship, or so I guess. Don’t hold your breath though.
How have you been, readers?
